Camp Adventure

Camp Adventure is for students entering grades 6-9 and meets at the YMCA Jim Dillon Youth Center. Activities including STEM activities, arts and crafts, hiking, canoeing, swimming, outdoor play, drama, music, service learning, relationship building, indoor play, field trips, character building, archery, fishing, climbing, basketball, soccer, volleyball, nature study, team building, and MORE! This camp provides older campers with fun, character building, and adventure during the summer. Campers will be given opportunities to serve others through volunteer activities.  And of course HAVE FUN!

Campers may arrive as early as 7:00 a.m. and must be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.

Camp Adventure will take field trips every week. Most field trips will be at no added cost but others may require extra funds to pay for admittance to events and venues.

Camp will have a 1:12 Staff/Camper ratio.

Campers should bring one snack, a swim suit and towel, sunscreen, change of clothes, extra shoes, and a desire to learn new things and become better citizens.
