Y Kids Summer Fitness Program

The Y Kids Fitness Program (recommended for kids in grades K-6) puts kids in charge of their own physical fitness and well-being, while educating and empowering them to make healthy choices that last throughout a lifetime. Youth can become physically stronger, have more endurance, and experience a sense of joy and fun through participation.  Kids classes offered will be Circuit Fit, Zumba, Pumped Up P.E., Pound to Sound, and Yoga.  Click here for the schedule and class descriptions.

Classes are FREE to members, but pre-registration is REQUIRED.  Due to space limitations, numbers will be limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot.

NOT A MEMBER? NOT A PROBLEM! Y Kids Fitness classes are available to potential members for $20 per session. You must be pre-registered to attend.  Unfortunately drop ins aren’t available at this time.
