Active Older Adult Classes

Intro to CycleThis is a great cardio workout for the beginner or the older active adult. Take this class on a regular basis and watch your cardio performance increase dramatically.  Class meets Monday & Friday at 9:00 a.m.
Silver Sneakers ® Classic – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.  Class meets
Silver Sneakers® Circuit – Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support but this class requires the participant to stand for the majority of the class
Silver Sneakers® Yoga – SilverSneakers Yoga will move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.

Silver Splash Water Aerobics

This water class is specially designed to improve joint flexibility, muscular endurance and range of motion while reducing joint pain and stiffness. Perfect for the older participant but any age adults are welcomed!
Class meets Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. 



If you’ve played tennis you can play Pickleball!  Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. 

There is no registration or fee – just show up and play!
