The Tom A. Finch Community YMCA and the J. Smith Young YMCA will assist you along the way to get STRONG. Each week will revolve around a different theme and we’ll provide various opportunities to help you get strong in spirit, mind, and body. This FREE challenge is perfect for everyone!

Registration runs from October 19th-November 8th. Week 1 starts November 2nd!

Is there somewhere I can share my progress?

After registering, you’ll be given a Workout Tracker to print out. There’s a Facebook Group for participants to use to encourage others and share their progress! You can also use the hashtag #ThomaLexStrongY on Facebook and Instagram to see what others are doing!
