WEEK 1: GOALS

Congratulations! You have taken the first step to become stronger in spirit, mind, and body. Now, let’s get started.

Week 1 is all about GOALS. Everyone is at a different place in their life and you are the best person to know what your body can handle. Remember, the goal of this challenge is to move at least 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Whether you’re at the “walk around the block” level or at the “run the next marathon” level, start where you are, and we’ll help you grow from there. Achieving goals will set the foundation for healthier habits for life. 

To help you keep your goals in mind during the next six weeks, use the workout tracker you were given in your packet. There’s a spot at the top of the page for you to write your goal. Print it out and place it where you know you’ll see it every day! Your refrigerator, your bathroom mirror, or the door of your closet are just a few ideas!

Don’t forget about your community! We have a Facebook Group designed to encourage everyone participating to meet their goals. Invite a friend, spouse, or co-worker to along for the ride. Working out is always better with a partner!
