Monthly Intro to Fencing Sessions 

Fencing is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States.  It holds a broad appeal for grade schoolers through adults.  Fencing holds many physical benefits including: Coordination, Agility, Balance, Flexibility, Strength and Cardiovascular Endurance. The sport also holds mental health benefits for youth and adults, including: Boosts to mental strength and concentration, strategic thinking, decision making skills and fun! Fencing is a life-long sport.  

A new session will begin each month.  Sessions are Wednesdays from, 3:45-4:45pm

Cost:$25 for members and $40 for non members
