At the YMCA, kids develop all of their skills, from catching and dribbling to teamwork and sportsmanship. Just as important, they learn firsthand the benefits of being healthy & active and that virtual games just can't compare to the real thing. Youth Sports are offered year-round and always need great coaches. Use your talents to encourage, guide and train young athletes at the Y!

Gymnastics
Our Gymnastics program provides an opportunity for children to develop both physical skills for a healthy lifestyle and personal skills to succeed in school and work, all while laughing and playing with a group of their peers. Parents can stay or leave the YMCA during the program knowing that their children are in a safe and loving environment. Children enjoy a warm atmosphere in which they have the opportunity to function in a structured setting. Activities will include ballet and gymnastics. Children can participate in both sessions or pick and choose sessions at your convenience.

Youth Basketball
Members and non-members are welcome!
Kids will learn the values of team sports and basketball fundamentals while competing in a fun and positive environment.

Youth Cheerleading
If you are looking to get your kids into an activity where they can be part of a team and can build their fitness, Cheerleading is for you! This sport can help them boost their self-esteem, and because it involves physical activity, it’s a great way to stay healthy and fit.
